How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want everyone who contacts Useconoday Concrete to be treated fairly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page explains how to raise a concern and what to expect. It is a general template and not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You are welcome to write to us about:

  • Your experience when calling or messaging Useconoday Concrete
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If you are unhappy with work done at your home, start by raising it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

Please tell us as well. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. Understand, though, that Useconoday Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, refund money paid to a provider or act on a provider's behalf.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@useconoday.monster and include:

  • Your name and the easiest way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A short account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. We then look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

Still Not Happy?

If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For licensed providers, your state contractor licensing board may be able to help.
